We chose Crowley Custom Homes, and I have to say we made a great decision. Rob has been great to work with, he keeps a close eye on budget at all times, and has kept us informed on where we are on the budget. He is always looking for the best prices in the market. Rob is very organized, creative, and efficient. Everything has been done in a timely manner, and at times he has been ahead of schedule. He appears at the worksite weekly to meet with us, to answer any questions that we may have, and to assure that the work is being done properly. He works great with our designer as well. As the years have passed (we will have been in our home 4 years this fall), there isn’t a week that goes by that my wife or I don’t mention how much we love our home. When asked by family or friends “Now that you’ve been in the house for a while, what are the things you’d change?” we honestly don’t have any regrets on our floor plan, construction, interior design, or outdoor living space. At the conclusion of the project, he was very good about getting his sub-contractors back to knock out the punch list, and we continue to rely on him to help us with routine maintenance, minor repairs, or to provide references for small projects. To this day, years after our build, he is very quick to return calls and emails, and was just by the house this week to discuss expanding our outdoor living space and design for a pool.
